phone (no answer) and then rang the doorbell at the front door. The person who was on the premises told the inspector
that the Licensee was at a distant off-site location and would not be available for several hours. An AWA compliance
inspection could not be conducted because there was no other authorized facility representative available to accompany
the inspector.
Unannounced inspections are used to evaluate compliance with the AWA Regulations and Standards. This is the FIRST
attempted inspection of the Licensee.
